Personal & Spiritual Development Group A fortnightly group is held with the aim of developing self-actualisation for all the participants. Self-actualisation will require the individual to discover who they are both psychologically and spiritually. Each term has a topic of learning, while each session has a combination of information/discussion and a meditation which reflects the learning. This meditation is guided to produce a personal learning experience for self-development. |

Reiki I and II courses Rieki I Course - 2 days The Reiki One course is primarily concerned with attuning an individual to the Reiki energy which can be considered an initiation. This is achieved through four individual attunements over the two days. You will also learn about your Reiki lineage, Reiki history, using Reiki to benefit your daily life, perform a self-healing, learn about chakras and perform a Reiki healing on each other. For further information please see the Welcome Letter and Course Schedule for Reiki One. Reiki II Course - 2 days The Reiki Two course is the practioners course. You will learn the traditional Reiki symbols which greatly enhance your capacity to heal. You will receive two further atunements to attune you to these symbols. You will learn more about chakras, how they function and how to balance and energise them. You will also perform an absent or distance healing. You will learn how to create your own sacred space and finally, perform a full healing on each other.
