Personal & Spiritual Development Group
A fortnightly group is held with the aim of developing self-actualisation for all the participants.
Self-actualisation will require the individual to discover who they are both psychologically and spiritually.
Each term has a topic of learning, while each session has a combination of information/discussion and a meditation which reflects the learning.
This meditation is guided to produce a personal learning experience for self-development.

Meditation Group
A meditation group is held on a fortnightly basis on a Wednesday evening from 7:30pm.
Meditative experiences will be guided to provide a personal experience to assist development of your own meditative skill.
The meditations will also teach ways to alleviate stress and ongoing feelings of unease, which our busy lives create.
There are also brief discussions on topics of interst to provide information on how to quieten the mind, calm the emotions and relax the body.
