Stress from any major or painful life events, can be reduced if you have your own life philosophy. At the very least, I ask you to reflect as to whether you believe that life challenges us to grow and evolve, and that the development of our soul’s capacity to love is behind all events that occur in our life.

Self-transformation Therapy was created by Andrew Quinn.
He drew his inspiration from Kabbalah's Tree of Life,
which led to the creation of his unique psychological models.
These models form the basis of his two companion books,
workshops and psychotherapy practice in Melbourne.
The two companion books below are based on Kabbalah's 'Tree of Life'.
'The Tree of Life' volume contains the theory central to Self-transformation Therapy, as well as the psychological models.
It is focused on creating successful relationships through transforming your psychological shadow to light, based upon psychological and esoteric principles.
'The Middle Pillar' volume is concerned with present-centred living through psychological principles and meditative practices.
Managing stress through learning to flow with the synchronicity of your life is a central theme. As well as learning to follow your inner guidance for peace of mind during life's difficult times.
